Very happy with the service Jerad and Mike provided this morning on my duplex. They arrived in time, explained the Soft wash /versus pressure washing process in terms a homeowner can easily understand. The gutters had a lot of “Tiger Striping” on them but they really cleaned up better than expected after never being cleaned since they were installed almost 40 years ago! The vinyl siding and window screens really came out well. They were careful around flowers and vegetable plants washing them before and after the building cleaning. I highly recommend Schmit’s to any one.

Schmit's Pressure Washing & Sealing was professional, honest, and great to work with. They explained upfront that our older oxidized aluminum siding had its limitations, but they still worked hard to get the best results possible. I was especially impressed that they were able to remove the rust stains, and they did a great job cleaning our gutters as well. What impressed me most was their integrity. They even gave us a discount because the siding didn't clean up as well as hoped, despite all the effort they put in. I would definitely recommend them.
