After 12 years working as a concrete finisher, I realized I was simply going through the motions—punching the clock but lacking purpose. I wanted something more for my family: more freedom, more connection, and more impact. That’s when I followed my passion for cleaning and founded Schmit’s Pressure Washing and Sealing.
What started as a small venture quickly grew into something deeper—a business rooted in building relationships, taking pride in every detail, and delivering results that homeowners and business owners can count on. Hi, I’m Jerad Schmit, the owner of Schmit’s Pressure Washing and Sealing—and when I’m not making surfaces shine, I’m spending time with my two amazing kids and my wonderful fiancée.
I love kayaking, crafting custom concrete tabletops, going on nature walks, and catching live music at local festivals. This business allows me to serve my neighbors while enjoying the life I’ve built with my family—and I bring that same energy and care to every home and business I work on
